MIT, Apache, GPL, or any other public software license.

You may use Uella only as expressly permitted by the published Terms
(https://uella.ch/terms.html) and, where applicable, a written license or
service agreement with the rights holder.

Without a separate written grant you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense,
host for third parties, or create derivative works of this software, except for
the limited use that the Terms already allow (for example running Uella Personal
locally for your own use, or operating a licensed Uella Workspace for your own
organization).

Hosting Uella for third-party organizations requires an MSP license.
Uella Cloud and Uella Dedicated Cloud are hosted services and are governed by
the Cloud terms in addition to this software license.

Uella is currently in Alpha: breaking changes are possible and there is no
production guarantee.

The legal entity today is Sérgio Abreu Pita, Switzerland. When Uella GmbH is
incorporated, it will succeed as rights holder and contracting party.
